What Is Bonded Leather?
Bonded leather is a sustainable material made by collecting and repurposing leftover leather scraps from the manufacturing process. These discarded pieces are shredded into fibres, combined with a polyurethane binder, and then pressed onto a backing, often made of fabric or paper, to form a smooth, leather-like surface.
This process not only minimises industrial leather waste but also transforms what would otherwise end up in landfills into a functional and visually appealing material.
While bonded leather is often seen as a more affordable option compared to genuine, full-grain or top-grain leather, it offers unique advantages in both sustainability and versatility.

Returns & Exchanges Policy:
We accept returns on non-personalised items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be returned in their original, unused condition and, where possible, in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if an item shows signs of wear, damage, misuse, or personalisation.
Please contact us before returning any item so that we can provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return postage and should retain proof of postage until their return has been processed.
UK Orders:
We recommend using Royal Mail Tracked 48 Large Letter and retaining proof of postage and tracking information until your return has been processed, as we may be unable to process a refund if a returned item is lost in transit and no proof of postage is available.
For returns accepted under our extended 30-day returns policy after the statutory cancellation period has ended, a £2.79 delivery charge will be deducted from refunds where UK free delivery was provided. Customers are also responsible for return postage costs. Where delivery was charged separately at checkout, only the original delivery charge paid will be deducted from your refund.
We are happy to exchange non-personalised items due to a change of mind or sizing issue within 30 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return postage costs and a £2.79 charge to cover delivery of the replacement item for UK orders.
Personalised items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged unless they are faulty or supplied in error.
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome of your return. Where a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days. Please note that the time it takes for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
International Orders:
The terms above also apply to international orders. However, the UK-specific return postage guidance and charges (including the recommendation to use Royal Mail Tracked 48 Large Letter and the £2.79 UK return and replacement delivery charges) do not apply. International customers are responsible for the cost of returning items and any shipping costs for replacement items.
Customers are also responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping costs and must be paid by the customer where applicable.
We have no control over these charges and cannot advise on their amount, as they vary by country. If an international order is refused or returned because customs charges remain unpaid, any return shipping costs, customs fees, or other charges incurred by us may be deducted from any eligible refund.
